What makes this library different
Rayte does not turn a wholesale market price into a pretend household tariff. The guides separate energy, contracted power, regulated charges, taxes, services and solar credits so that offers can be compared on the same basis. Worked examples are clearly labelled as illustrations, not quotes.

Nicholas John Hopes operates Rayte.eu and has owned the La Quinta solar-and-battery installation since 2022. The published field record includes the original specification and cost, complete 2025 monitoring, an anonymised May 2026 bill, grid-voltage operating problems and the reason for adding west-facing panels.
That experience does not turn one home into a universal forecast. It does make the evidence boundary visible: exact figures are transcribed, calculations are reproducible, recollections are labelled and missing monthly values are not estimated from a chart.
